WHO IS BEHIND US

After spending the better part of a decade as a Senior Sales and Operations Manager within the BPO environment, servicing a portfolio of clients within the Energy, Technology, Government and Health Insurance sectors, Nathan sought fresh opportunity to further his personal and professional growth and took the leap into the recruitment sector. Spending two years with a consulting firm and celebrating plenty of success along the way.

His wealth of professional experience alongside his genuine love of making people happy have led to the birth of Prospect Recruitment Group, where his primary focus will be on the permanent placement arm of the business.

A self proclaimed Spicy Margarita enthusiast, and #1 ticketholder for the St Kilda Football Club (step aside Eric Bana) that clearly shows that he can thrive through adversity.

Nathan
Managing Director at Prospect.

John has spent the past decade as a National Nominated Supervisor within the Childcare Sector, working closely with the Department of Education before moving into the BPO space within Operations, servicing a portfolio of clients within Government and Health Insurance. John sought out a new opportunity for development which led him into Recruitment. Spending more than a year with a consulting firm contributing to some significant growth of a temp desk.

Johns professional experience alongside his genuine passion and enjoyment out of the growth of others has led to the birth of Prospect Recruitment Group, where his primary focus will be on the contract and temporary staffing solutions arm of the business.

Outside of his profession, John spends his time as a footballer, currently playing in the Yarrawonga region and loves contributing to community youth projects.
